I booked a flight and a few minutes after booking it, I called to make changes to my flight. Emilio was very pleasant and went the extra mile while assisting me. After the changes were made to my reservation, I recieved another phone call from Emilio later that morning. He informed me that a flight I was interested in was available for booking at the same price as my previously scheduled flight. I truly appreciate the work ethics Emilio has. Steven was a delightful person, guiding me through our trip with all the problems that I had changing dates and me asking him questions before he had time to answer the one I just asked. But, thank God all is complete and we are set to go. Thanks to Steven !

Pete was exceptionally professional and very very patient with me. He very politely dealt with my computer incompetence and walked me thru the entire process with great patience. He proved to be the kind of employee I would want to have.

Experience was done well. It did take A long time to go thru the process being put on hold a number of times.

Adam was a fabulous representative. We got disconnected several times. He called us back immediately each time. We had to cancel our Southwest Airlines reservations. Although Faremart had to charge us $75 cancellation fee for each ticket, at least it was pleasant to talk to Adam. He is polite and knowledgeable.

Johnny was my helper to book my flight. He was very nice and did a good job for me. He called frequently and kept me informed. Very nice person to deal with. Thank you, Susan Larsen
