I was in the process of moving , by driving, In the last moment I decided to fly .. a day before .. I was check for flights which were very high, on my google search Fareease came into play. I book the ticket online “ the fare was really low , so I was a little skeptical . My confirmation number never came in . So I called in and spoke with one of rep ,name Jose Gonzales .. He was very kindhearted , He explained the flight was sold out .. so I understood their process , Jose found me an other flight that was cheapest out of all that I saw… I paid$209 from Florida to Pittsburgh Jose gave his word that my flight will be confirm by the time that I need to leave .. his promise was kept and Jose followed up with me to make sure all was well “ Great experience .. I was a little nervous at first ..But they’re still Great Kindhearted people and Companies , in this amazing World we live in .

My wife recently needed to travel from Philadelphia to Miami and back. Representatives Jose Hernandez and Pablo Hernandez did an excellent job, and their attention and care were meticulous. Is your customer service/ I give Jose a 5 he been always checking on me if everything is ok. I was having hard time try to go online but jose guide me thru what to do. Jose did a amazing job. He checked if I got in my flight ok extra. I had a good experience I was calm &feel safe
