Paul was such an amazing help! He provided multiple options, was patient, went above and beyond in providing flight options. The only downside was that our names were incorrect on the boarding passes but Paul called the airlines to make sure would could travel smoothly. Loved my experience!

I don’t like how there is always an extra fee but John Smith was very patient with me and gave a good offer.

Paul was very helpful and patient. i needed a last minute flight from NY to CLT and helped me to get a flight at a decent price.

Natasha Loman 13 reviews·4 photos just now New I am giving them a 4 star on customer service, follow through, and cheap fares. At 1st I booked the flight at $164 (total) for 2 roundtrip tickets. Brendan called me immediately and told me that fare is no longer available and the fare is now $801 (Spirit Airlines)for 2 tickets. Which i verified and he was right. Brendan said he could get 2 tickets for $364. i agreed to that price. We were booked on Southwest which was a plus bc bags are free! They saved us $437 and plus the cost of bags on Spirit. Brendan did very well on that. If they iron out the kinks they would be my preferred travel agent. What I do not like is that, we did not receive our flight confirmation #s until the day of travel. The uncertainties is not good for a business. Its not a fraudulent business. They are not scammers. They just need to fix the uncertainties. If they fixed that it will be a 5 star travel agent.

there were no more available seats for economy which was what i wanted but customer service was helpful and understanding.
