Kind of confusing, however, it was not NEAR as bad as people made it out to be. Price was great for a one way last minute flight. Rose returned every call/email I sent to make sure it went through. Will use them on the way back.

Posted flights that were not available and then put me on standby and was told I had to upgrade or lose my flight. I was only charged the extra taxes but still frustrating. The whole process was confusing.

Received all flight tickets and confirmation number. It was quick and efficient. Rose Marley was helpful and explained the process well.

Well why did I pay more than $200 to sit in the main cabin area versus the standard economy and now I'm sitting in the back of the plane not even in the main cabin for both my flights. Paris Jackson stated that it was a full flight both ways so I needed 2 seats in main cabin and all my seats are back of the plane,I don't understand and probably this was just for a travel agency fee

I was priced one price then had a callback saying it would be 120.oo more maybe you could’ve been updated on prices from the start

I called to book a flight, & had s coupon code. The price of the flight was approximately $560.00. The agent then told me that the coupon was expired. I told her that I just brought the website up & the coupon came up. She then said, well, there are no economy seats available, so now my price is $720.00. I just feel like I was douped into buying the more expensive ticket. Not the best experience. I don’t think I will use this site again

I had great customer service, however, the constantly calling and calling until I pick up drove me nuts. Typically if someone doesn’t answer right away, they’re busy. Please don’t keep calling me. I appreciate the efforts in reaching out, but blowing up my phone just to fill out a survey? Not okay.

Very helpful
