I just got off the phone with Mr Syre who assisted me in getting a discount on four tickets to the East Coast from San Francisco. Because of the fuel costs and inflation, airfares have increased exponentially. I found a great deal on their website that they honored. I had to call their number and talk to them in person to place the order for four tickets. Mr Syre was very professional and took the time to review all information on the tickets. He even called me back the following day before processing the order to double check the spelling on one of the names. Who ever gets to talk live with a real person on the phone these days! I was also very pleased with the savings from the offer. I double checked United and the confirmation numbers. All looked accurate and official. I would give them 5 stars but that would only be earned after the whole flying experience was over. My trip is this summer.

I had Jimmy and Wilson help me and they were great! They helped me a lot and was super nice. I was hesitant at first because it took a while to get my confirmation. But it’s legit !

John Smith was courteous and helpful. He worked with Jimmy Stokes to get my tickets. Here's how this works: I bought 5 tickets for a good price. When I was finished, I received an email that informed me that the booking was "in progress". I used the chat on the website and asked how long it would take to get confirmation. John Smith told me 24-48 hours. In 24 hours I got an email that said it was urgent, and to call a number. I called and talked to someone that said it would be a few days before I could get the tickets, but that if I paid $70 per ticket more I could be upgraded to "cabin" from "coach"and get the tickets within 8 hours. I said I would wait instead, and John Smith recommended we talk to his supervisor, who could possibly give a discount, knocking it down to $50 per ticket. Our phone connection was poor, and I told him that, and refused the upgrade. The connection died. The next day I received an email that said my credit card had been billed $250. I went back to the chat on the website and asked what the charge was for, and John Smith was kind enough to check with his supervisor Jimmy Stokes at the backend server. Jimmy told him that there was an error in the backend server, and that my card had been charged $250 less than the agreed-upon price for the tickets, and that all I needed to do was authorize the charge and I would get my tickets. There was no other charge, however, and it looked suspicious. I told John Smith that the other charge wasn't there and that I would (for obvious reasons) prefer to authorize the first charge and then the $250 charge. A moment later, the other charge showed up in my credit card ledger, and combined with the $250 the total was exactly what our original contract was. So it seemed a little fishy, but I apparently have my tickets. My confirmation number checks out on Delta's website, and assuming I actually get to fly like I intend, this went okay. It is possible that there was a mistake in the "backend server" that charged my credit card exactly the same amount that my "upgrade" was going to cost, before the other charge hit. But as of right now I got what we agreed to, so I'm good.

Overall happy with the experience booking 4 tickets at an amazing price. Then I got an email to call. They said they're no seats available for that price. So we paid an additional $100+ dollars per ticket (still a good price). Then I got an email confirmation but was unsure what to do as there were no links. I called and they explained I could go on the airline's website to book seats which I did immediately. I had to split up our family with 2 seats here and 2 seats there. The flight is in Feb and I'm crossing my fingers all goes well!
