Good customer service!

Agent was helpful, sent me the information in e-mail so that I could verify the seat assignments given to us for our flights. Wilson was very helpful.

I purchased basic ticket online and got a call from agent a bit later. Basic ticket not available and wish their computer had synced quicker. I paid a little more for comfort level, same flight. Price was still hundreds less than if booked directly through airline. Will use again.

I was nervous booking this way and wish the email could come through faster but ended up being a very good experience. Wilson was very thorough and detailed about everything

Price did increase $200 from booked price, but was still $100 less than anywhere else. Customer support rep, Wayne, did a great job. I wish they would just publish the accurate rates - it comes off as bait and switch when they don't have to.
