I scheduled a flight for me and my husband with a coupon code: "coupon12345", that would have made it $403.88 each, but the code didn't work, so I called Farecorner and he said it would come off at checkout, but it didn't so the amount came out to $878, $429 each instead. A guy called and said that they were out of seats for the section and said he had to put me in a different section and it would be another $276 and so my $878 flights were $1154 instead. They shouldn't have them on their site if they are not available or they should honor the price and give a free upgrade. I think that was totally dishonest. Let me know if you can fix this? The charges on my credit card for Delta came out to $878 and then Farecorner charged another $300. He acted like he was helping us out but we were in the same main Cabin as we were when we booked, there was not upgrade at all. This was a scam just so they could make more money. First the price of the ticket was $444, and so I submitted to pay for the tickets. Then they came back and stated, “Gee I am sorry and even though we have that price posted, it is no longer available but hey we have a deal for you. We will give you an upgrade to comfort for $588. I was very disappointed but I purchased the tickets. My tickets are not comfort but economy!

Spoke to Abby, Wayne and then Wilson. They were all wonderful. However, immediately after booking online I received a phone call stating the price was going up by $157 per person. I was OK with that. What I was not OK with was getting an email the next day stating that the price had gone up again. It leaves you feeling very uncomfortable. I’ve been calling the toll-free number for a couple of hours today and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. I finally decided to respond to one of the emails requesting for a supervisor to call me immediately. I was glad to see a response stating that someone will call me within the hour. I set a timer and no one called me so I called them and was immediately forwarded to Wilson who confirmed that my credit card had not been charged and was nice enough to put it in writing in an email with a cancellation code. I also confirmed with my credit card company, prior to the call, that there were no pending charges. I feel much better now but doubt that I will want to ever experience something like this again. Buyer be very aware.

Do Not Use this company. They are a bait and switch company. You purchase what you believe to be cheap tickets online. The next day they will contact you either by phone or email and claim that the tickets you bought are no longer available and try to sell you upgraded seats. The kicker is they will describe the upgraded seats which end up being the very same seat that you had purchased to begin with. I am not sure how they are still in business.

This site is a total scam. They hit me up for an extra $150 and still will not confirm my flight. They are still advertising the lower price on their site. They made me send them photos of my driver's license and credit card which I have never had to do before to purchase domestic airline tickets. Still after all of that and hours dealing with them on the help chat, phone, and email, they are telling me that it will be an additional 24 hours before a get a confirmation number for my flight. This company is shady at best. These practices should be illegal. Still not even sure I have a flight confirmed with them. I would NEVER have gotten my ticket through them knowing it would have been this difficult, no matter what price they offered. The most annoying part is that without a confirmation, they could come back to me asking for EVEN MORE money or just not respond. I wonder how long it would have taken them to get back to me about the more expensive fare if I hadn't contacted them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do not ever deal with this company they are very deceptive and thieves I don't know how they get a 4.2 rating everybody says their crooks

A bunch of crooks, should not be allowed to be on the web Booked a flight 5 months in advance and one day latter now the tickets on that flight have been sold and for another couple thousand dollars they can get me on that flight
