My booking was handled by a very professional agent by the name of Paris Jackson. She helped me by contacting me by phone when an issue came up with my card. She also had the professionalism to guide me through the approval and authorization process. She was very patient with my lack of knowledge and extremely informative about what was needed to be done in order to complete the process. The agent Paris Jackson did an amazing job in helping me with this reservation. And because of her kindness, professionalism,patience and attention with this reservation, I will be using this company again with my future travel needs as well as recommending it to others. Call center was friendly, but slightly pushy for a review. Prices as advertised failed to mention that flight may be oversold and may require paying a higher price for a guaranteed seat. Overall, still cheaper than other sites. Process wasn't super difficult to get things changed.

My representative, James Jackson, was very helpful. He was very clear with his communication with me. My tickets were cheaper than I could find on any other travel website (and much cheaper than the prices on the airline's website).
