Abby was very helpful
Abby was great. I had little hope of finding airline tickets with a good itinerary at a reasonable price, but he was able to find that for me. To be honest I thought it was too good to be true and was bracing myself to find that it was a bait and switch, with the price going up, but today I got the tickets and we were charged the amount he said. So this is a huge relief to me.
