FarebeesReviews of farebees.com

This is a scam. Stay away. They booked a ticket that I purchased through them. They canceled it before I got to the airport. Then promised a new ticket for the next morning. They didn't send it as promised and then blocked my number. Don't waste your money.

I booked a ticket yesterday through Farebees for $83.20. Today they called asking to confirm the booking. When I called back, they told me the ticket at that price was no longer available and the same flights would now cost $385. When I refused the higher price, the agent became aggressive — yelling, interrupting me constantly, and telling me I had to either agree to the new price or lose my money. After several minutes of arguing about how this was a bait-and-switch, they finally said they would refund the purchase and then hung up on me. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic: advertise a low price to get the sale, then pressure the customer into paying much more or threaten to keep their money. The fact that they only offered a refund after I argued with them shows this is deliberate. Take notice of the good reviews they receive here. The good reviews mention names. When I spoke to them, they did not give names. I would be willing to bet the good reviews are faked by their employees. Do not book with Farebees. Save yourself the headache and potential loss of money. There are far more reputable companies to book flights with.

Manual was transparent, kind, efficient, and quick to help me with booking two trips. Although I was afraid using a lesser known third party service, he reassured me on many of my questions I had right away. I am still waiting until the day prior to each trip to receive my boarding pass, which is normal under the circumstances, and I do trust that everything will go smoothly based on the process I went through with the company so far. Best of all I am saving nearly $400 with the help of Flight Fare Hub! Also, he was very kind enough to be able to put my booking on hold since I had issues with my bank card yesterday.

Manuel worked hard to find me a last united ticket for my trip. Great work !!!

Fue buena asesoría

Experienced caller and gave me flights on good price. Very helpful

Manuel Perez was amazing at explaining everything to me.

I would not book again with this company, it is a scam to get more money from you, I could have booked with the airline and found a cheaper price. I would not recommend this company.
