I contacted Farebarber for travel arrangements and was assigned to agent Jenny Smith. Jenny was very helpful, polite, patient and very informative with assisting me in booking a trip from JFK to Aruba. Jenny informed me of cost changes, assisted with correcting names for ticket information. Jenny was very through. Jenny was with me through the whole process, up to receiving my E-Ticket confirmation. I appreciate her customer service expertise.

How long was it that anyone got a confirmation email of plane tickets purchased. I got an email of receipt of purchase but nothing for the flights yet. Upgrade to 5 stars because Alex called me back to ensure everything was ok and he was every help with information. Thanks guys I will be booking with this company again.
