Currently, booked a ticket on Friday, it was pending. I was in a frizzy, need ticket to travel for Burial flight. With Delta air per the agent ALEX, I was made aware it was not available. Nervous, because ticket was pending, he made it all better. Great service from him, just awaiting email to confirm ticket and charge will be cancelled. Thanks ALEX, YOU ROCK.
