David was so pleasant, professional, thorough & calm when helping me with options for my trip. He explained everything quite clearly & I felt confident he was getting me the best price, etc. I appreciate excellent customer support service, and that’s what I received with David.

Customer service was great David was very helpful and patient. However, it was disappointing and frustrating to find out my final price would be $400 more than I originally purchased the tickets at. They did inform me of the price change before they charged my card which was nice but again, a little discouraging to find I would be paying more than I expected to.

At first it felt a little sketchy because we booked a flight & received no definitive confirmation of our flight. So we called the customer care # & waited 2 messages later for a call back. But everything worked out once we connected with a representative. Jenny was on top of our reservation & called back to confirm/make sure we had all that was needed. She made up for everything that felt weird. Lastly, we paid $300 more than we originally booked for but it was still less than all other sites. We would use this site again.

I was very disappointed when I first made the reservation the price I saw on the website was not the price I got.but then Jenny made it easier I must commend here I was so mad and she very professional.

Overall a good experience with communication.

My first impression was not good at all,I almost did not make it to a funeral in Florida but Max O'Brien came to the rescue.

Jenny was helpful getting my flight tickets even though they did not have the tickets at the price I bought them and I had to get an upgrade that cost me an additional 200$ For the flight. I can’t say I’m 100% happy but I needed the tickets and got them at a lower price than I would have with the direct company.

I just would like to first start off by saying read the fine print! I say this because you will think it is bate, and switch when you get that call in regards to the amount being different! I was a little upset! BUT David Hunt was patient with me, and made me aware of the policies of there booking. He was very helpful with assisting me with my flight. He even allowed me to look on other sites for a lower rate before confirming with them. Which was the lowest-priced flight round trip!My flight is booked and confirmed!
