Terrible
Terrible. Their website is too good to be true. I booked a flight (or so I had thought) to Lima but they never confirmed the flight, and alli received was an email saying “pending “. When I called to confirm they said that flight wasn’t available any more but I could be put on a similar flight on Copa air but it was about $300 more! They swore to me this was the best rate I would find and that I should hurry, so I agreed. Luckily for me, that flight wasn’t confirmed either as I never got my confirmation email even though they had charged my credit card. After waiting 20 minutes on hold, they told me the copa flight wasn’t available either!!! They then told me for $114 more I could book i flight on Delta. I said no way! And demanded my money back. They finally agreed to this after trying to give me one more “deal”. And I was done, I have no faith in this business. To make the story worse (though as long as I get my refund I’ll be fine), I looked up flights again and found the original American Airlines flight for the original price through the AA app. So I booked it. Screw farebarber, it’s a trap

Just to let you know before the authorization was sent to you the fares of your flight had expired, so you were told about the updated price as per the airlines.
