SCAM - Bait and Switch. On 11/28/22 We booked American Airlines flights from MIA to Guayaquil-Ecuador , . The website has cheap pricing of $ 417per ticket, however when we booked the tickets it shown pending status. Then four day after. they called us back and told us they don't have seat available and I have to pay $350 more which is more expensive than other that I found that day. This is bait and switch, trying to lure you to buy something more expensive. SCAM.

I was skeptical to use Farebarber, but when I spoke with Mac Mason, he guided me through the process with all the details. He was patient and very helpful. I miss the ease of booking a plane ticket from years ago, but Mac made my life easier for this booking. Lets hope the flight goes just as smooth! Only difficulty was a slight language barrier; sometimes it was difficult to understand Mac's heavy accent.

This is bait and switch, trying to lure you to buy something more expensive. SCAM.

David Hunt was so so incredibly professional, patient, helpful and kind when it came to booking a large amount of tickets with many different moving parts involved and he made the experience so smooth and pleasant. All 11 of us are set for our vacation and it wouldn’t have been possible without all of David’s help.

I was initially a little indecisive on booking with them as I have not have a positive experience in booking with third party travel agencies. To my horror, I did not receive my e-ticket within 1 hour after booking. After a couple of calls to their customer service, the issue was resolved and I got my e-tickets the next day. I'm happy and satisfied with their customer service and will definitely use them again in the future.
