After purchasing my ticket through Farebarber, I received an email confirmation stating that the transaction was still pending. The company never followed up with me, although a few of my friends did receive a follow-up call. I didn't have the same flight as my friends, so assumed maybe it didn't affect me. Two weeks later, I called Farebarber, just in case, and ended up having to pay double the amount that I originally bought the ticket for. The representative I spoke to, Jenny Smith, did an amazing job explaining the situation to me and I appreciated all her help - really top-notch customer service from her. However, I felt like the company should have reached out to me first after the ticket was purchased. I will not be a returning customer of Farebarber. One star for the company - Farebarber Five stars for Jenny Smith.

FareBarber is a hidden gem. I was yet again amazed by their prices and professional customer care support. Mr. Jeffrey Archer was superb! He was very quick to respond to my emails and was easily reachable by phone. This is my second time booking with them and I am looking forward to do so in the future.

I was comfortable sharing my details with him as he explained the airlines policy to me. I do not fly so much so I am generally anxious around airports.
