Fabulous ticket booking experience with no delays. Ross did the job for us.

Raven called me up to inform me that my booking had went into the pending status. He told me to acknowledge the price difference so I could get the confirmed seats in the main cabin. It took couple of hours to get the system running and I got my tickets the next day. Good and effective service.
