Not the Best Comeback...
Was so happy that FAO made a comeback and I know it was Christmas and being a zoo was exactly what I expected, BUT what I did not expect was inexperienced staff who could not put tissue paper around items in their beautiful shopping bag! After all, the bag is branding, yet the help behind the counter seemed inexperienced and/or plain stupid. This is just simple boutique service and the line was not even that long! ALSO I found the layout to be non shopper friendly-The worst! Was very surprised to have felt this way having been a regular shopper since childhood and now as an adult to buy gifts. Lastly, no doormen in uniform?? Very disappointing!
