Still not shipped after 7 days and no reply to emails.
I bought several items from their online website 7 days ago now and they still have not been shipped despite promising delivery in 3-7 days! However, they charged my credit card 2 days after purchase. I have contacted them now twice by email and 2 days later have still not heard back about why my order has not shipped. At this point I am not going to get them by Christmas as I need to forward them onto Australia and would like to just cancel the order. Over it!!!! Absolutely appalling service.
