The numbers do not receive calls, the service is awful and constantly broken. And customer service is not bothered to type more than 2 words. Awful experience and no answer from them. Update: wow your customer service was so dismissive and unresponsive when I raised the issue multiple times. Only now you post this reply because the feedback is public? classic

I mean, the number kind of works. I’ve successfully verified it on WhatsApp, Telegram, and Signal without any issues. Price is excellent, for a Canadian or UK number, only 15 USD a year. Not-so-expensive compared to other providers. USA is cheaper, for 10 USD a year, but it cannot be used on Meta services (Facebook, WhatsApp, etc), but it still works on Telegram, Discord, etc anyway. The only downside is that I still can’t use it to verify on X (Twitter) for all numbers, Be it Canadian, USA, UK, or Australian. Because on how they verify. You Sent them an SMS, and when I try, the chat indicator in the app says it’s sending the SMS (two checklist), and my balance gets deducted (0.20 USD credit), BUT the message never actually arrives. Confirmed because I tested it by send it to my local number, it never arrives. Only use this, IF: you want to hide your primary number, or You want to show-off to your friend or relatives, that you're going overseas for work or school (which you don't).

Nul . They gave me a complaints number and they refused to take my complaint. Many hours incidents and no compensation. I use their number for my work , I receive and answer calls and paid base on that . Worst company of the world.

Deducted 500 USD from my bank account refused to refund… Very bad experience They Deducted 500 USD from my bank account, and when asked they claimed they have already refunded.. but refused to provide any transaction details. the amount is not visible in my Fanytel account credit either, which was proof enough that It was triggered from their server end. 30 days is the refund time and they are not responding

Please I need my refund back…I mistakenly paid for credit instead of number…I don’t want to make the payment anymore so please refund my money that I used to pay for the credit I don’t have number for…thank you
