I called 3 days ago and still waiting on customer service. When you call you cannot speak to anyone. At this point I'm very disappointed. I have only had my vac for 3 weeks and charged it once. now its not working Fanttik Vacuum from costco

Ordered two children’s play cars for my grandchildren. Never arrived. Complained several times (Yu Yu) who said that the goods were with the courier but after 10 months I have given up chasing. No offer of a refund. Terrible service. Do not use these clowns.

The shipping times the shipping times for fantik items are worse then that of chinese dropshipped items, i’ve ordered my item well over a week ago and it’s yet to even be shipped out at all. I’m probably just gonna refund the item because i’ve been needing a car vacuum and you guys simply refuse to even ship a pre packaged item. it’s said its been ready to ship for DAYS.

I ordered a wiggle car and it didn't even come with the connector piece to put it together. I bought this as a present for my daughters bday and now she wont have it in time.

I like the compact size and it's a lot less stress on my hands. Had a little issue with the device at first but I put it on the charger all night and i'm thinking it solved the issue. Used it all day today and no worries. 👍 Well i thought the charging problem was solved but its not. The device will not hold a charge and now i have to try and return it

Fanttik air pump produced in March 2024 just outside of 1 yr and they did not replace. I provided a video of the problem and a picture of the made by date and because I haven’t got the purchase receipt it was their chance to deny repacement. I will not buy from them again as they do not stand behind their products.
