Fantastic FareReviews of fantasticfare.com

I worked with Fantastic Fare for my last 2 trips booking to India. The team is really polite and provide a great customer service always. I worked with Harshit this time, he gave me best routes with lowest fare that I can choose from. Without much back and forth, I am able to book my trip right away with Harshit. Fantastic Fare would be my first choice to go for my future trip bookings.

Had worse experience with Faretoindia/Fantastic Fare . Rohit as a supervisor promised us to refund our 5 passengers ticket due to airline cancellation. Per him and his team word’s and in written as well. Now they are saying it was a mistake in a email. Per email, we suppose to get $4500 and got only $3800. Now they are not responding or have any words. Fare to India like to play with customers money. They are fraud. Please stay away from the company.

Excellent service provided by Jyotsana to book my tickets and best price offered.

Great service, Timely response

I've booked with Fantastic fare multiple times, about 7 to 8 times, for both myself and my family. Unfortunately, each experience was quite challenging. I would recommend booking directly with the airlines or other vendors instead of spending time with this company. In summary, the issues I encountered were: a) They were unable to find good deals that met our requirements. When we compared their prices with those offered by airlines and other vendors, we found lower prices elsewhere. Their prices were also consistently higher than those offered by airlines. it is important to note that they were able to adjust their prices after we provided them with information about lower prices from airlines and other vendors. However, if we did not bring this to their attention, they would charge us more than what was available elsewhere. b) Cancelling tickets required us to make 20 to 25 requests each time. c) Rescheduling experiences were also not satisfactory.
