Fantastic FareReviews of fantasticfare.com

Agent gave one estimate and price but while he gave the dates he wanted to sell and said price changed and didn’t say it’s not connecting tickets. Code share tickets which was not informed 3 different airlines and too much hassle’s as anything needed to adjust we could not do anything as all different airlines involved so we had to pay 3 different airlines price. Could not do online check in. When called customer service they go airport we can’t help as different airlines are involved. Agent name jack Wilson. Never book tickets with them. They just want to sell you the tickets. Never tell the truth to customers

Had worse experience with Faretoindia/Fantastic Fare . Rohit as a supervisor promised us to refund our 5 passengers ticket due to airline cancellation. Per him and his team word’s and in written as well. Now they are saying it was a mistake in a email. Per email, we suppose to get $4500 and got only $3800. Now they are not responding or have any words. Fare to India like to play with customers money. They are fraud. Please stay away from the company.

I've booked with Fantastic fare multiple times, about 7 to 8 times, for both myself and my family. Unfortunately, each experience was quite challenging. I would recommend booking directly with the airlines or other vendors instead of spending time with this company. In summary, the issues I encountered were: a) They were unable to find good deals that met our requirements. When we compared their prices with those offered by airlines and other vendors, we found lower prices elsewhere. Their prices were also consistently higher than those offered by airlines. it is important to note that they were able to adjust their prices after we provided them with information about lower prices from airlines and other vendors. However, if we did not bring this to their attention, they would charge us more than what was available elsewhere. b) Cancelling tickets required us to make 20 to 25 requests each time. c) Rescheduling experiences were also not satisfactory.

We booked tickets for family of 3. Agent Shivam messed up the booking by creating 2 different bookings. I had to check in separately for family members. Had hard time getting seats together. They go silent after booking and do not respond to emails afterwards. Rates are higher than elsewhere with no flexibility of date even when airlines themselves were offering that.

After booking them I learnt a lesson to book directly with the airlines. I will try to explain this in short. I was looking for tickets from Hyd-Chi/Stl one way ticket. Tickets were expensive due to students traveling in August. The cheapest I could find at the time I was looking was $3400 for a one way ticket. Now remember that was the approximate price I could find at that time. So I posted on a social media group asking if there was a way to find any tickets cheaper than this. Then in the same group the I found someone suggesting fanstatic fares for this group members. So I commented and asked for details. I sent email to them asking for ticket prices. Meanwhile I was still looking. I received multiple calls and messages to book with them which I see a norm for a travel agency. Cheapest I could find online was $2800-3500. I contacted other travel agents and they were suggesting same price $2800-2900. Fantastic Fares offered me a ticket where the price varied from $2300-2100-2646. Now the $2300, I confirmed with them to book but I was travelling and told the agent I will pay in 30min. He said yes. Within this 30min he called and I couldn’t answer because as I said I was travelling. I called him after I reached my destination with my card ready to pay and he said the deal expired and price changed to 2950. I said ok I will check with other agents since your price changed. He calls me multiple times after this to which I answered once and said I will contact when I am done checking with the other agent. Sometime later he sents me a message saying he found a deal for $2100. I called sometime later when I checked the messages and no answer. I receive a call in the evening and the price for the same ticket was $2600. I was frustrated at this point and booked before they changed the price and I agree this was the lowest I could find. They first said they accept credit card payments and then asked me to pay with Zelle because they were having issue with card payment. I went with it. I booked the tickets and I downloaded Delta app, created account and checked in with my details. After the travel I received travel rewards and I opened my account to check the rewards and I found the ticket price. Now I was so furious to find out the ticket price was $1030. Now this was for international and there was a domestic flight which costs around $100. So I was charged $2500 for a $1030 ticket. When I contacted about this via email, the manager responded to me saying that they give me the best price that they could. So they made a huge profit out of it. When I posted about this in ghe social media group, I was told this ticket price should have been $3400(which was the price I posted first in the group) and I should be happy that they gave a deal for $2600. So I would not recommend them to anyone.

Do not work with these guys. They just talk big things about service and all and cannot even book tickets properly and mess up with customers name and messed up with my entire travel plan. They first asked me not to go with British Airlines and after they messed up my booking with Turkish airlines they are asking me to go with british airline and asking me to change my travel plan. I cannot change my travel considering i have my operation in the usa and don't want to travel by BA as their service is not good and they have bad reviews plus i have my parents traveling with me who have vision issues and walking issues. With BA layover is more compare to Turkish and Turkish has additional benefits of flexible ticket changes without any charge. These guys messed up with the name in the ticket and now cannot do anything. They should stop advertising in the usa and in India. Please do not book from them. No benefits as rate is same as what you see online. I was hoping for good service which they suck now.

First experience with them resulted in $500 per ticket. Even though i have told them when booking that please take care of the cancellation policy as i might have to postpone but still ended up giving my some ticket which has $500 cancellation charges. stay away from them. I wont recommend.
