I am giving 3 stars because a lot of work as a customer I had to do it myself. I didn't like that. i had to write an email to authorize it- which was dictated by your employee of what to be written, scan personal documents. I have never heard travel agencies make their customers do that. I have used on-line travel agencies before and all i had to do was to give my payment card and the rest was taken care by the agent.

Amir Sohail was helpful however a little pushy in getting the sales. He could have tried harder to get a better price to satisfy a client with given requirement but he didn’t try very hard. There’s no right or wrong on this but going above and beyond to satisfy customers needs.
