Very dissatisfied with the service from Fantstapack. We had ordered a sample of the box that we are targeting, and the sample box was received in good condition with good print quality. Unfortunately when we placed the actual order, the boxes we received were of a much lower quality. The boxes were shipped pre-folded in the wrong direction. This creates creases in the final box and it is very obvious on the outside construction of the box. The print quality we received in the actual order is much lower than the sample that we received. The folds and creases for the folds are also in different spots and much weaker than the sample. The actual order was also shipped improperly which led to a lot of creasing and tears along the sides of the boxes. It seems that they spent more time and care packing and shipping the sample box than the actual order. To top everything off, when I went to ship these boxes I was informed by the post office that the construction is most likely not strong enough to withstand shipping and that a box like this would be considered a product box. Fantastapack specifically advertises these boxes as shipping boxes. These do not hold up in shipping and I ended up needing to package each in a separate shipping box before shipping them. Overall I am very dissatisfied with the production quality and customer service from Fantastapack. I recommend staying away from this company. Edit: Fantastapack has replied to this review stating that they have not heard from me about this issue. I have previously emailed them.

We have placed 3 orders with Fantastapack and have been extremely satisfied with every purchase. The prints are very high quality and we received each order quick. Will definitely purchase more from this company in the future!

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered Mid November 2020. Given a ship date of 12/2-12/9. Messaged their “customer service” team (which is an actual joke considering the word service in there because they have never heard of service or doing anything positive for a customer). Was told running behind. Given a new date of 12/14-12/20 and told it’ll be in that window. Messaged again, told they are super busy. Well good for you. Nice to be busy. Not sure anyone would ever order a second time so they must have a lot of first time customers. It’s now 1/03/2021, still no shipment, still nothing. This company is a joke. Never again will I order. I literally wouldn’t order from them if it were free. Worst company on the planet. I never Wish bad on another small business, however they have no business being in business. Do not order from them. If you have a time sensitive order, I'd recommend not ordering here. Our company placed a bulk order here for boxes that were set to arrive the first week of December. We confirmed multiple times with customer service on the production window in Nov to ensure we'd get these on time. Up until the second week of December these were on track to arrive. However, the week before christmas they all of sudden informed us they would not start producing them until the last week of December. They informed us of a 13-14 day production turnaround time, which ended up being a 36 day production time. Their ability to gauge turnaround time is incredibly off and they need to improve it. If holiday orders cannot be fulfilled if you place an order in Nov. then it's incredibly deceptive to not tell your customers that. They need to improve their turnaround estimates so it's an honest estimation. We still don't know if we will receive our order by January. Don't order here if you need your items by a certain time! Alix is particularly awful at assisting customers and she is the manager. Run from this place!

I have to be honest and say the quality of their printing is very good. Their service and communication, on the other hand... to describe their customer service team as incompetent would be an insult to incompetent people. I have been given three different delivery dates for boxes that I ordered, each of which has been wrong (the ended up coming in almost two weeks after the first date). Each time I was promised that they'd update me if the timeline changed, and not one single time did they follow through - I had to keep asking and getting increasingly long timelines. Then they finally told me they were shipped, and I had a FedEx number to prove it. I communicated shipping dates to my customers based on that information. Then FedEx came, and it turned out they only delivered half the order. The other half was inexplicably shipped with UPS, which I was never informed of or given a tracking number for. Those boxes are going to take another two days to show up. So I spoke to their manager, Alix. She is absolutely full of it. I gave her the entire story and she insisted that it's not on them and that they were just relaying information provided to them by the printer. Even if that were the case, I'm doing business with you guys, so if your printer is giving you bad info, you take it up with them. You're still the one responsible. On top of that, when I pointed out that her own customer service agent admitted that some of the miscommunication was his fault (he said he just didn't notice that there were two shipments, which is why he failed to inform me of the two different delivery dates), she just started outright lying and continuing to blame the shipping department (as though they're not responsible for their own shipping department?). The best thing that can be said for her is that she sort of almost offered an apology, but it was one of those "I'm sorry you feel frustrated but I'm not actually going to apologize for our actions or take responsibility" kind of apologies that's just outright patronizing. Anyway, she ended up giving me a partial refund that was far too small for the inconvenience, which is why I'm leaving this review. I'm not an unreasonable person, and I understand it's a crazy busy time for them - if you're an executive at Fantastapack, I just want you to know that all I was looking for was a real, honest admission that you guys screwed the pooch and meaningful compensation for the repeated errors. I would've kept using you guys as a printer for anything without a deadline. Now, instead, here we are. I hope you'll learn to treat your customers better.

I received a product sample which I paid $224 CAD. The box was bent and many cracks in it when I received it. I wanted to take some photos but the box is basically useless. Should have known

Product quality is good. Production and delivery speeds are very unreliable, nothing is guaranteed despite lots of marketing language around their 10 day production times (and even when you pay for rush service). Customer support is difficult to communicate with and not collaborative in resolving issues. If you don't care when your boxes will arrive, you'll probably be pleased.

As someone with limited art creation experience, I am thrilled we chose Fantastapack. John was so patient with me as we went through our company's design and helped me understand the full process to receive clear and beautiful images on our new client boxes. We did a lot of research on other company boxes and Fantastapack not only had some of the best pricing, but they had the nicest completed box forms. Super happy that we chose them! Looking forward to receiving the finalized boxes :)
