This company is a scam, BE AWARE do not order from it, I am trying to change the password to send a return and they just keep telling me, go to the website and get the code that they never send, the products are low quality the chat service totally fake, do not order from here!!!!!!!!! never ever!!!!

I purchased pair of advertised shoes, total,pieces of Shiite! Couldn't be lower quality.....NOW, can I return them and get my money back????? Stay Tuned!

The shoes I ordered were advertised as "outdoor comfort arch support waterproof walking shoes". They are none of the above. They are flimsy, absent any arch support, and I would hesitate to wear them outdoors in the rain. Their return policy is equally bogus. There is no guarantee of a refund. Instead they offer a 50% discount on your next purchase. Do not trust this company and do not buy anything from them.

I brought shoes, complete garbage...! I will not even try to go through the trouble of returning them, because that's likely to be a scam as well. Embarrassed to even give to goodwill.

Purchased shoes on January 26, 2024. I have not received them. I have sent two emails to customer service no reply. The tracking number they provide does not work. There is no customer service telephone number. There is no order number on the email confirmation I received after purchasing. Does not appear to be a legit company. I have filed a claim with Paypal and attached 7 pages of supporting documentation hoping they will cover the loss. Update: February 13, 2024. I finally received my shoes after PayPal went after the seller for an explanation. The shoes are 46 Euro which equal a 13 in US. I ordered a 10.5 size - medium (standard) width and they are much wider and the quality is subpar I can't spend anymore time on this - I will wear two pairs of socks and my orthodics inside to fill some of the extra space. Lesson learned. If it wasn't for PayPal, I wouldn't have received these shoes.

The online ad starts in the top left-hand corner "Made in USA" - Not True. The photos look good, but I can't trust them. Why lie? Good shoes are made all around the world. You don't need trickery to sell, just a good product. I have to pass on this one.
