Took 2 weeks to get the shoes. Shoe sizes are larger than normal. Only way to try and conduct the return process is through their website and submit an email. Submitted 3 times, never received a response. They have a 14 day return policy. Of course, by the time you get the shoes, the 14 days are up. Poorest of customer service I've seen in a life time.

Should have come here 1st before buying their shoes! Arrived in about 3 weeks and were a half a size too small. Arch support inserts almost non-existent. (Another reviewer on here described them as "less than panty liners" ) They are about right! They offered me a 30% ($15) refund. Then ghosted me. I paid with Pay-Pal and currently have an open dispute against this company with them. We'll see how that goes.

The items took forever to arrive. The insoles were not anything like the representation on their web site, look more like a panty liner. Over all a bad choice. I order 2 pairs of wide shoes with arch supports for my husband. They were not wide and the arch was nonexistent. Per my order confirmation, Order fanniey 613276 it says in writing, · Return guarantee within 30 days · Authentic guarantee They are giving me the run around and say that orders are lost because it is a long way away from the US, and offered me a partial refund. DO NOT buy from this company.

I purchased two pairs of their shoes after all the great marketing and cheap prices. The shoes were supposed to be 10.5EEE. They look like 8's or less. How they could get it so wrong was unbelievable after three weeks waiting for the shoes to be shipped from China. Their marketing said the shoes were coming locally. Obviously, I could not wear the shoes, but gave them to my daughter. Not worth the hassle to return. The interior soles was cheap linen and no leather like a normal shoe. What junk!

The shoes are pure junk. Definitely not worth the money. And the pitch proclaiming that it's the final day of the discount offering is a lie. That language is a constant part of their ad pitch.

This company is a scam. i ordered 11.5", wide EE. I received a pair of shoes with no size markings on them and about 2 sizes too small. I tried to return using their website to contact them and they never answered. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
