Cant seem to get ahold of a single would about my order made on December 15 2024 Have no proof of purchase other then bank receipt. It's safe to say that this store is on some bs and just ripping people off, Me being one with an order of 23 items! Don't trust. Found thier add three snap chat and keeps popping up under other names with same products! ⚠️

I read their claim on their site. Said I'd try their product. Well, might be an Italian company but shoes had to be put on a boat from China. I tried for two months to return the shoes and got constant hassle. They touted "no-hassle" return policy. All I got was hassle. I originally ordered these shoes in March. Got them early April. I got tired of fighting and agreed to a 20% refund. I didn't want them. Supposed to be an Italian product but sold their soul to China like America. Just went to lace them up today, strings are too short. Now I have to go buy strings for these cheap-ass shoes. You suck. I despise you.

Received shoes after a month. Were advertised as being made in Italy, but were obviously Chinese. Poor fitting with little support. Advertised as helpful for neuropathy. Tried to find a customer support number but there was no support. Stay away

It took three weeks to get shoes, and once I finally received them, they were too wide and a little big! They also has a bad smell to them, had to leave them outside - Worst experience, shoes are very poor quality! Never again, stay away from this merchant! I am going to donate the shoes.

This company advertises hassel free returns but ignore any request to do so. I disputed with paypal and am still waiting for a resolution. The quality of the shoes is very poor. All plastic. They offered a partial refund which is not acceptable. Do not do business with them.
