I tried to resell the tickets back because we weren't able to make the concert but four times I tried within the week prior to the show it was always blocked out. I come to find out this is a Ticketmaster issue and not fanimal. I still think there needs to be better communication and solutions between the reseller, vendors and customer. But they did save me money.
