I bought tickets the day before the Utah game on a Friday night. I reached out to Fanimal Support Saturday morning to make sure the seller was going to transfer the tickets. They got back to me in <2 hours, and the tickets came across shortly after. Super nice to get a response that quickly on a weekend.

I bought a ticket to a festival, and when I got there, they said that I wasn't in the system. I flew hallways across the country to attend said festival but ended up in the airport for fourteen hours while waiting for my return flight. BUT After I left my initial review, Fanimal contacted me directly to find the problem. They gave me a full cash refund, PLUS a credit in the same amount toward a future event purchase!

Fanimal delivered! Their fees are 1/2 the cost of major providers and the customer service is excellent. I purchased process of purchasing my ACL tickets and it was critical that I receive the wristband in advance of the show so the CS team got involved and communicated a lot with me and the seller to ensure that the wristband was delivered on time. I was nervous about purchasing on the website because it’s a bit opaque about delivery details and the refund policy is stark. However after reading good reviews I took the risk and am so glad I did! The fanimal customer service team jumped on my request for delivery details and executed!

Loved the difference between fanimal and other sites like ticketmaster or those that charge all the other hidden fees. Site is a little confusing but overall a much better experience.
