Had to contact customer service because the mobile app said I had already used the promo code that was just issued. Customer Service was horrible! I was basically told that even though the app may have screwed up, I would lose all the dollars associated with that Promo Code.

DO NOT USE APP! COMPLETELY THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Had to give 1 star to write review but they really deserve negative stars. They do not know the meaning of customer service. Don't expect anything but wasting your time if you need to contact them.

Unless you really know what you are doing on the app, don't bother. Even when the app screws up, the company won't fix or make it right. You're out of luck and out of $$. Shameful. No benefit of the service, whatsoever, especially after they take their fees for tickets purchased.

I rated one star because I couldn’t write a review without at least one. I purchased gift cards to send for Christmas, needless to say the postal service lost the package. After a month and a half they haven’t found it, so I contacted Fandango to check to see if the cards have been used so they could be replaced. I was told they can’t do anything because they were purchased through a retailer. Pretty shoddy business practice!!!! Don’t purchase Fandango, if you feel you must, don’t purchase from a retailer!

Can't watch a movie I rented on my TV. Can't get customer service to answer. It's confusing, frustrating, and not worth the effort or money! I'm going back to Amazon Prime. (or anything other than this)

If I could give 0 stars I would. These pieces of shi* suck. Wouldn't give me a refund after I send them a message and had to leave the country for vacations. Fukn a ss holes. Scammers!

Customer service is awful I purchased tickets the wrong theatre fandango refuse to give a refund or a credit for the movie tickets I will never go through them again. It's not worth the 3.99 fee that they charge

If I could have given 0 🌟's I would have!! Fandango is a total JOKE!!! It will be hard to keep this with all clean language for sure! I started out putting into the app 2 adults & 2 children and saw there was literally only 1 seat! I am a nanny and had happened to have taken my son with us because he was nearby but we had to go to another theater so he couldn't go. No biggie for him! I pressed the back button and changed to 1 adult. I had NEVER EVER PRESSED ANY ORDER BUTTON YET! (I had to wait for the permission of the nanny kids parents to proceed) Only after getting that did I hit order. I get to the theater and I find out Fandango charged me for BOTH!! I didn't even press order mind you on the first one, I just put in quantity of people!! WTH??? Fandango refused to refund me my money and the corporate office won't speak to customers!! Umm, excuse me, your customers are the reason you have a business you a**holes!!!
