DONT EVER USE THIS S. H. I. T. !!! THEY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. It’s THE WORST!! I usually don’t complain, but I just want everyone to know THE BAD SERVICE THEY GIVE TO CUSTOMERS. I had purchase two tickets 3 days before April 27 @9:30pm, ON my way to the movies I ended up getting into a CAR ACCIDENT! A drunk drive hit us!! This happen late 8pm early 9pm we where 14min away from the place. Remind you... my phone was lost during the accident. So we lost the show! I paid almost 30$ I did VIP with them EVERYONE I spook told me that I had missed my time they couldn’t do nothing. Like If it was in my agenda to have a accident that night. I understand about “policies” but this was out of my hand. & maybe Fandango should understand on serious situations. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Fandango's website messed up and charged us 2 times for the tickets. I never got the confirmation for the tickets, thus never got the tickets. Took 2.5 hrs on the phone I hung up. 1.5 on the live chat feature the rep that helped me blamed the charges on my bank. When I asked to speak with the manager, the manager was no more help. I asked him about a rep that helped my husband because that rep asked how he could help then disconnected the session. When I asked the manager about this he said the chargers were by banks fault and disconnected the session. Such poor customer service. I will never use them again!

Believe all the reviews about the horrible customer service once fandango takes your money to bad for you if anything goes wrong!They show no interest in your problem. Sad that they get away with this! spoke with a lady named sharon and her manager both did not care a bit.

I tried calling 8 different times to get help, they never answered even when I was on hold for 20 minutes. Also, they never called me back. The email I sent got sent back with some sort of "error" message.

Total scam and ripoff. They currently have a promotion going on. Purchased 3 qualifying merchandise items on one receipt, take a picture of entire receipt and submit receipt via online platform = receive 1 free fandango movie code valued at $13.00 I purchased 12 qualifying items on one receipt, I followed all instructions and they did not honor my 4 movie reward codes. They said I would have to submit the receipt 4 different times in order to receive one code per submission= ok so I did that as well, one receipt upload = one submission = one ticket code and they still did not honor my 12 purchase items and or multiple receipt submission. I read their rules/guidelines and policy pertaining to the reward codes and nowhere does it state that they will not honor or accept multiple qualifying items on the same receipt. It also does not state that customers may not submit the same receipt in case they have multiple qualifying purchased items on same receipt. FANDANGO lied and took advantage of the situation. They are liable for not clearly stating all their rules and for fabricating their own guidelines afterwards.

I will never use Fandango again. I purchased tickets via PAYPAL (my ONLY saving grace was PayPal dispute). We arrived at the movie 10 minutes before the movie was to begin and my ticket code came back as expired even though that date and time were correct on the same code. We had to pay cash at the window to see the movie ($45 for two people now) Then starts the runaround! I was not entitled to a refund because we had paid cash at the window. I did submit documents as requested by their Customer Support department and always got the same answer: Your case is being closed because you failed to respond within 48 hours. I literally responded within MINUTES of each and every request. Then, they went back to the original excuse that they couldn't refund me because we paid cash at the ticket window. I literally send 10+ emails in response and all repeated the same: CASE BEING CLOSED FOR FAILURE TO RESPOND WE DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR RESPONSE (which they were responding to) CANNOT PROCESS REFUND WITHOUT CREDIT CARD RECEIPT OF ADDITIONAL PURCHASE This company is a real piece of work. I will never use them again! PayPal refunded my money. I am SO glad I used them for the original purchase. The claim went undisputed by Fandango. Tip for consumers: DO NOT USE FANDANGO. They are grossly immoral and incompetent. They will respond to your email with: Sorry, we did not receive your response. Ummmmm......AVOID AT ALL COSTS. See reviews. I didn't check until it was too late.

I hate this company and I will never use these crooks again. They charge me for a service even after I cancel my movie tickets purchase. They are crooks!! How in the hell are you going to charge someone for a service fee and you didn't give them any service????? I hope this company closes down because that is deception!!! When I call the office it took forever for them to answer the phone then they told me that the service fee was written in the agreement. The service should have been made known up front or pop up before you take money off the debit or credit card. How can you have a non-refundable service fee even if you don't give service? You are crooks and I hope your company fails. I will never use you again and I'm going to tell everyone I know DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THEIFS ! If you use gift cards you purchased with your own money and for some reason can’t make the showtime cause stuff happens id imagine you would also not have time to switch the ticket times BEFORE that original showtime ,logically one would think it shouldn’t be a problem to simply request to switch to s different showtime and date since it is your money and you never used it right ? Wrong they won’t refund your Mineh or even switch the movie times because you didn’t change the tickets BEFORE the showtime ??? Which is a SCAM ! If you can’t make the showtime at all how and why would you have time to switch the tickets ? You guys suck ! My children now loose a childhood experience because of your “policy “
