Very difficult to contact customer service after someone NOT me accessed my account and purchased tickets. You have to run in circles just to get anything done and account security is sketchy. I called and left a call-back #. When they called, my phone range ONCE before they hung up!!

Wow! I wish I would have googled Fandango's reviews before I tried to purchase tickets for them. I highly recommend NEVER buying tickets with them. I will be deleting my account and never using them again. Simply put, I bought tickets. Needed to return them (which they allow), but when I called (which they require) I was on hold for almost an hour. I hung up, then emailed them. They didn't respond. Finally when I got a hold of them they said I was outside of the allowable window to return. Avoid them at all costs!

I called and used the live chat for Fandango to try to get a refund, was told that I would get it, but never saw the follow-through from Fandango. My initial contact w/ customer service was via phone and the lady seemed clueless or was playing dumb but I persisted and she finally said I'd get a "courtesy refund". I waited a few days and didn't see the refund, so I decided to use the live chat instead. I use the live chat to explain the promise made by Fandango and the rep said he'd escalate my case and that I'd be contact within day. I waited again and was never contacted. I used the live chat once more and was told the same thing and still nothing. I WILL BE DELETING FANDANGO FROM MY PHONE, BLOCKING ALL EMAILS, AND LEAVING THIS REVIEW IN AS MANY PLACES AS I CAN FIND. I WILL ALSO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS AND MAYBE THEY WILL DECIDE NOT TO USE FANDANGO ANYMORE TOO.

I used Fandango to purchase two tickets for a movie this evening. A thunderstorm and flash flooding came in after I bought my tickets. All roads to get to the theater are closed and there are vehicles and roads submerged underwater currently and instead of getting my full refund before the start time, they kept a $3.40 "convenience fee". It was awfully convenient to miss a movie and lose money due to a flash flood. Hire somebody who at least took business ethics in college even if they didn't graduate, because at least Fandango would be one step ahead of where they currently are.

Worst customer service experience EVER! It's been 4 weeks and they still have not resolved my issues! I will never use this service again!

DO NOT USE BUY/RENT FEATURE THROUGH FANDANGO ON ROKU!!!! I wish there was an option for zero stars... I rented a movie through Roku and was charged for it but a message came up saying movie was not available... no option for refund or change and didn't tell me til after it charged me. I clicked link to fandango and the signin kept telling me my email was not valid even though it was entered correctly. I had to look up the number and call since I could get in through their site. I've now been on hold forever, probably overseas, and I should have been a quarter of the way through the movie by now instead of sitting on hold for money back!

Fandago is an absolute scam. They promise you rewards and when you go to redeem them the website gives you ERROR 500: TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES DON'T FREAK We are getting to the bottom of this and should be back up in no time Try back again later. Then when you go to their "Assistance" you wait no less than an hour, often more before you get a sub-par "human" that can't help you. All I asked for was an extension so that they had time to fix their issues. I tried multiple browsers on my PC and phone. I captured the same ERROR each time. I will never use them again and will not be going to COBB anymore...

Made a mistake as a first time use and booked for the wrong city. Tried to recover and had to wait a half hour to get a chat person then got disconnected. Finally got through and they said I had no refund rights as a guest user. Brutal service.
