If I could give it a zero it would be more accurate. Bought three tickets for my birthday, all good see the billing go through on my credit card, but when it gets to the day of and I’m still searching for my confirmation via email, nothing. I get them on chat and the voided my purchase! Billing’s still there just not my tickets. Now of course the seats are gone ( oddessy imax ) and I can’t book it. Never again, wish I had read the reviews before I ever used this terrible site

One star, since zero stars is not an option on offer. I tried to buy tickets for a current very popular movie. I got all the way through the purchase workflow, only to be blocked by an error message I didn't understand with no path to resolution. I tried to "back out and try again", but found that remnants of my prior purchase attempts were; (1) blocking me from reserving the same seats, and (2) CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD MULTIPLE TIMES without actually fulfilling my ticket request. I sought customer support - found only a chat option, which offered generic, useless options that boiled down to more work/hassle for me, with no expectation of actually completing my purchase. I'm completely DONE with Fandango.

Went online to buy my tickets to see evil dead. Had conformation email. Showed up 15 minutes early to see movie. Realized I never got an email with my tickets card was charged called customer service was told that I needed to call 1/2 hour prior to the movie starting I ordered for them to help. They took my money and did not provide tickets. Went through customer service only to be told the same bs. I will never use them again.

You want me to buy movies and TV shows I ve already purchased to watch on my phone I want my money back!! I ll stop buy things from fandango negative 5 star review!

If I could just give you a zero, I would!!! Bought 2 Moana meals from Subway. When I entered only my information, it told me I had reached my limit. Didn’t even snap a receipt picture. Never have used them before. Never will again. Subway should be ashamed to use them!!!

Wish I could put negative stars. Worst streaming experience ever!!!!! Constantly buffering, constantly shutting off saying network error during commercials- only to start commercials all over again when it finally reconnects. Do not waste your time with this piece of junk. Took 3 hours to watch a 85 minute movie. Worst streaming service ever!!!!

I received a free movie rental from T-Mobile through Fandango for the T-Mobile Tuesdays. I entered the information to redeem it and Fandango confirmed the code was good and added a free rental to my account that I already had through Fandango but I only had 7 days to rent. I chose a movie and used the free rental but then Fandango charged me $10.73 for the rental that should have been free. It billed my Paypal with is old and Paypal then billed an older bank account I no longer use although it is still open. the bank refused the bill and put me at -25.00 over draft, then they tried it again 2 days later and I got another over draft. So for a "Free" movie, I now have a $50 overdraft fee and a -10.73 balance to paypal, so I am out $60.73 for a movie. I will never use Fandango again.

I really rate it ZERO!!!! They charged me for tickets the day before movie started and I called and they refused to do anything, saying I did not show up!!! How could I show up if the movie did not start showing until the next day. I bought tickets at the movie theater and it cost me $9 less. Do not use Fandango!!!!
