I received 4 movie tickets as a super reward on my Verizon account. I went to use it and it refused to choose the theatre I live by. I tried to email and call customer service prior to the movie starting and could not get ahold of anyone. I continued after the movie and still nothing. Almost 2 weeks later, several calls and emails I finally spoke to someone and they refused to credit my account so I could actually watch a movie. I never was able to see the one I chose on a day that worked for me. Now I have to wait 6 months for the next super rewards on my account and wasted my rewards. I will never recommend this company to anyone ever and I will never pay to use the service or app.

I go to Chick-fil-A and receive a rent a family movie ticket from Fandango when i purchase a kids meal since they have no toys. It tells me to enter my code to redeem a free movie night at home. I follow all instructions and enter the code and it says the code does not exist. I enter it 5 times to make sure maybe I was entering it wrong. But no the damn code does not work. Why give us this reward from chick-fil-A if its not going to work. Fandango sucks....

Bought tickets on fandango for an AMC theater movie. Wasn’t paying attention, bought tickets for the wrong theater but it was still AMC. Was not given a refund because “my tickets were from fandango and not AMC.” Even though fandango advertised an AMC theater. Never using fandango again.

Their system is inaccurate at all. I supposed I purchased 3 tickets online for a nearby theater that i always go to by clicking on it. Turned out that the system charged me for a theater in another city 150 miles away. They refused to refund or credited the amount because their policy says not refund after the showtime. It’s really unfair. I won’t buy tickets from Fandango anymore

What the heck is wrong with Fandango and approving the promos for the Annie’s and Dr. Pepper offers? I had a problem 2 weeks ago and now my brother is having the same problem with receipt submissions not being approved in a timely manner for Dr. Pepper. Submission Confirmation Number: f580afe7060734ffe2901061f53895e5ea40444d. The promo states 2-5 days for approval and today is day 10!!!! Also, his Annie’s submission was flagged after the very first submission and has not heard anything from Fandango customer service for 17 days now after challenging the status. This is a REALLY REALLY BAD LOOK for Dr. Pepper, Annie’s, & Fandango and a lot of people are venting about similar issues in a Facebook movie group I’m in with 27,000 other members. Needs to be fixed ASAP.

Even though i still have a balance on my Fandango gift card customer service tells me it does not. I will not use them again.

Wouldn’t give me a refund. They said they spoke to the movie theater but they did not. Filed a request with the BBB and they still denied my request. How is it my fault I missed a movie and can’t get refunded? So now I spent an extra $30 on nothing. Bs.

Miss order movie and cannot get a refund or exchange. I tryed emailing them and they send a message saying they dont care. Also the status says solved. Like W.T.F !?!
