I finally gave up and canceled. The aggravation of, perhaps saving a few dollars, was not worth the utter frustration of spending more than half an hour each time, to buy 3 tickets (if I was lucky.) To use the 10.00 you have to get the promo code BEFORE checking out. It is not easy to find it. Every single time, it drops my 3 digit security code for my credit card, without telling me. Despite entering it, on both computer, and Phone, it rejected the transaction. I am losing my 10.00 for this month, but gaining peace of mind.

Fandango has branched out to a free streaming channel (Roku) I gave it a try to watch a film. I found that the channel is a channel of commercials, occasionally interrupted by the movie. There are much better free streaming options.

Rented a movie (almost five hours long) and didn’t finish it (almost 5 hours is a lot!!) came back after the weekend and I can’t finish it????????? I paid to watch the damn movie!! Why is there a time limit!!!??? Won’t be renting again 💔💔💔

They botched my exchange. I paid for new tickets to the same movie on the same night (different theater) and when I noticed they didn’t process the exchange correctly, and charged me twice, they refused to refund the cost of the tickets. Even with a confirmation number. Their exchange/refund policy is a complete scam.

Bought three tickets and over $8 in "convenience fees". Nothing convenient about it, just took my$. Then had the nerve to automatically round my purchase up for "charity". That $ probably went to the same bank as my "convenience fee". Bug scam for banks to make $.

POS company. Blatantly will rob you!!!! Bought tickets never received the tickets and cannot get a refund or exchange. Horrible company. Even worse policies

I purchased tickets for the wrong theater, but didn't find out until I arrived at the right theater. I had to pay $67.10 for me and my two grandchildren to see the movie and get snacks. I didn't see the link that stated a refund before the start time was I was busy getting is settled for the movie we were about to watch. So, I lost $35.61 on tickets that wasn't used. I spoke with customer service who was of no help at all; as if I can just afford to lose that money for nothing. I'm going to write their corporate office, but I don't expect much. I'm also going to write the BBB. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM BECAUSE THERE SHOULD BE SOME EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULE!!!!!

FRAUD SCAM FRAUD SCAM!!! DO NOT SIGN UP OR YOU'LL RECEIVE SO MUCH SPAM. THEY SELL YOUR INFORMATION EVEN IF YOU OPT OUT. IF YOU PURCHASE A MOVIE, AND IT DOES NOT PLAY. THEY WILL NEVER REFUND OR RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS. I FILED WITH FTC, FCC AND THE DOJ AGAINST THEM TODAY. THIS COMPANY NEEDS A FEDERAL LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM.
