I bought a ticket for the wrong movie theater and i have proof. I had too buy another set of tickets at the same time at the other movie theater, not even for the same movie we wanted too see. Therefore I had no time to call fandango at that moment because the movie was starting and it was i the basement with no cell service!!! Fandango refuses to give me a refund of $30 !! Do You guys understand that the movies are not cheap and its a Treat for us this day and age! with that being said Help your customers DONT ROB US !!!!!! We stick by you through pandemics and all supporting the movie industry and we get nothing in return but bad customer service!!!

Absolutely horrible. It used to be much better but has gone completely down the drain. Every movie I have tried to watch is worse than the one before it. Most of the movies seem to be filmed on someone's phone. After trying to stream a handful of the worst movies i've ever laid eyes on, I uninstalled the app.

Fandango is a scam!!! I purchased movie tickets through Fandango to use and was denied due to a curfew, that I was never informed about. I contacted Fandango right away to ask for a refund or credit and was told no! I will NEVER use Fandango again!!

Fandango used to be so great, and convenient. There have been plenty of times where I was not able to make it to the theatre on time, or something came up where I wasn't able to make it all. No worries though, because Fandango always provided a refund or credit. I've been using it for years. Today I find out that you have to request a refund /credit before showtime. No exceptions. First I couldn't find a customer service number to call, and then the chat they offer disconnected me 3 different times. Finally found a number to call and all the operator did was read off a script. She never deviated from it. No exceptions to this new rule. They (or whoever) have no problem keeping money for tickets that weren't used. Irritated and frustrated...farewell Fandango.

If I could give a ZERO I WOULD. Your customer service is the worse your agents hang up the phone and do not even try to help so it’s basically we got your money what you going do about it. Real sucker stuff. Really mad the birthday surprise a total failure. But I guess that’s why anybody I know doesn’t use the site anyway. So keep the money seem like you need it more

Worse customer service ever dealt with 2 different rep neither fixed the problem they both claim my credit could be used to purchase but I have 30 dollars that is completely useless Vudu's customer service was top notch the few issue I had were fixed with no issue since they were sold I have had nothing but issues with my account it is a nightmare

Don’t use fandango - they charge you a huge “convenience fee” ours was $9. Stupid for $6.75 tickets. Just go through your theater instead.

purchased tickets at 8 am, QR code poped up on phone, went to theater at correct time, got in line (50 people) got to window with grand kids in toe, no purchase was recorded, bought tickets again at window, checked credit card (purchase pending) monday credit card paid, called for refund, customer service said to late, out 35dollars
