I'd rate a zero if possible. This company is selling gift cards that have literally in print statements on the use and refusing to fulfill or activate the card. 50 dollars wasted.

Can’t watch a movie. 2-3 minutes in it puts up playback error Sorry, the video player has stopped working. Please try again. I went out several times to restart and it keeps having playback error. Good thing I haven’t subscribed to this site yet. Unlikely won’t either.

I’ve been using Fandango for a couple of years now but won’t anymore after today. Due to bad weather we were not able to make it on time to the movie theater that we originally bought the tickets for, we ended up going to a different one but closer to us, because it was for Deadpool and my son was super hyped about it and we couldn’t just turn back home. The fandango tickets were for 7:30pm and by 7:36 we realized that we will not be on time, I decided to go online I request a credit or refund but I was unable since it was after the start time. I explained in detail what happened to the customer service rep on the phone but they simply said that nothing can be done, so we’re supposed to loose our money. Now I’m trying to see if my bank can do something. I can’t understand why they will not make refunds in situations like these ones since there multiple reasons that people can’t control that may prevent them from making it to the theater, even worse is how breezy they are about it when they tell you no. I’m definitely done with Fandango and hope they stop doing this to other people.

I refunded an order and it showed the convience fee and ticket cost on the refund page. When I hit the refund button it showed I was only getting the ticket price refunded. Then after trying to get convience fee back I was told it’s in the term and conditions. I even asked if fandango would credit my account the convience fee for a future order, so they could keep the money and was denuded that request too. The real problem for me is that Fandango never said I was just getting the ticket price refunded until the refund had been initiated.

We decided to buy tickets to see Deadpool. Bought them decided to exchange them, we had to pay another $11 bucks on top of the exchange. After we bought the second tickets we never got tickets but charged the card. Wouldn’t give us refund due to it being after showtime sent us confirmation. Movie theater was helpful to exchange tickets luckily but never use Fandango just buy directly from the theater If I could give this 0 stars I would

I wish I would have seen the Trustpilot reviews for Fandango before I purchased tickets. The convenience fee is obscene. and the promos do not work. Do NOT give them your money. They are a dying company and will GOUGE you. Their founder /CEO just committed suicide because the company is close to bankrupt. I called customer service and they are no help, offered zero service.

If I could give zero stars I would. They canceled a movie showing day of and still charged me their ridiculous convince fee and will not refund it… so now I’m out $14 (almost the cost of another ticket) and didn’t even get to see the movie when I bought the tickets the night before. Never purchasing from them again

Purchased 3 tickets on Fri, 7/19 for a Sat, 7/20 afternoon movie, charge appears on my debit card immediately. Still no tickets leading up to the movie. I STILL havent received the tickets (it's Tue, 7/23). Called & emailed Fandango support and they will not provide a refund for something I never received! Terrible
