I have been a VuDu customer forever. My husband works over seas and we can't watch movies i own at the same time as a family. Stop being so greedy!!!!!

We bought tickets for $44 for IMAX Joker, accidently for wrong theater 2 hrs away. Tried to contact for refund or credit,.but since movie already showing denied any refund or credit, even though they know bar code was never used. What a ripp off company will never use or refer.

Purchased tickets online from fandango and due to a traffic delay we missed our movie start time by about 30mins. I tried contacting fandango customer service and all I requested was for the next showing but they weren't willing to work with me or any request that was reasonable. I just wanted to exchange or credit for another showing of the same movie. They got paid and that's all that matters to them. Screw the customer. Bad business and terrible customer service, I'll never use fandango again. Uninstalled the app from my cell. So don't ever trust fandango, they're all about taking your money and hanging you out to dry.

I purchased tickets for my daughter and myself. I found out there was an extra charge for using my credit card. I was notified that if I cancelled the ticket purchase I would not get back the money for use of the credit card. I feel this is excessive.

I am a profoundly disabled woman and I requested a refund for ticket that I had bought for a movie that I didn’t have transportation to. I canceled early in the morning and never got an email and so I called and they said since the movie was already in process they would not refund I will never use them again

I had an unauthorized purchase on my account for a movie for rent. First I never rent the movies, I wait until I can buy. I didn't watch the movie and I did not get my money back. I really miss the days while it was still Vudu.

Stupid company! Wouldn’t exchange my tickets or give credit to my account for a movie I didn’t even see. So I’m out money and they don’t care.

Please folks don't use this company to purchase movie tickets. I recommend using the movie theater site directly like AMC for example rather than using companies like Fandango. They have zero customer support or service. They don't note if a movie is in Spanish vs. English...not clearly anywhere and if you ask for help or credit to see the movie in English, nope, no refund no credit....Makes no sense when clearly there site needs correcting and updates. Due to their mistake, I'm out $$ and didn't have the night with my family I hoped for. I will never usethis company again b/c of this and will continue to spread the word, none if us have $$ to lose and working with companies that have No service or care for their customers....don't deserve our $$
