This app could be so much better than it is. There are so many issues with showtimes not loading or showing up. I use fandango a lot but I feel like it my usage would be significantly increased if I could rely on the showtime details more. Needs more showtime updates! less bugs

Service is bad and customer is worse. I am waiting 2 months for a resolution on a code. I have made over 4 calls, 13 emails, 5 online chat support calls with NO resolution.

I received a link from Fandango to write a review for Smallfoot. I took the time to ponder and write about the experience, only to find that the "Save Review" link on the bottom of the Fandango page, was inoperable. My Review of Fandango--for asking me to write a review and not being able to upload said review? In honor of Siskel & Ebert: Two Thumbs Down.
