Ash K. was patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They carefully guided me through troubleshooting, answered every question, verified my shipping details, and promptly arranged a complete replacement under warranty without unnecessary delays or excuses. I want to leaf a positive note becauase…
I want to leaf a positive note becauase its easy to be negative. My box was having issues and the customer supoort team helped me reset the led strip in a single email on the weekend and then when i was having wifi issues you guys helped me reset my box and fix some wifi network mhz stuff. Phenomenal job compared to your competitors you guys are awesome even tho your products are expensive its worth it

Great service and a wonderful working product
