È incredibile ma proprio tramite Amazon questo venditore FANCI.ME è riuscito a truffare anche me. Avevo acquistato un anello in silver 925 con diamantini low grown 0,42 carati al prezzo di 221 euro, ma dopo alcuni giorni mi è stata consegnata una scatola vuota... Il call center Amazon mi ha rimborsato immediatamente come se già sapesse di queste truffe. In effetti leggendo le recensioni nell' area dedicata al venditore, anche se oscurate da Amazon, si notato tante recensioni di persone truffate che hanno ricevuto una scatola vuota.. proprio come me. La cosa più strana è che Amazon continua a consentire a questo venditore di vendere ancora i propri prodotti sulla piattaforma.

Customer service still ignores emails. Waiting for my refund for 3 days and counting. I sent them an email but they never answered. Not bothering with social media and phones because they ignore those, too. Already got a paypal claim fired up so I hope they do their jobs and actually help their customers. Should have expected this Chinese brand to have garbage CS. Scam for sure.
