Good line of communication but fanatics collect grading promotions or steps on grading cards need a bit more work

It’s a great avenue to buy and sell cards and memorabilia on. I have only 1 contact person that I get quick answers from. Chris does a fantastic job at answering my questions in a timely manner. There are times that I have a question come up late at night and it’s in a need to know- now question that I can’t get answered till the next day. Communication is the only worry I have about fanatics going forward. It’s a great place to be part of. No complaints other than around the clock communication and I’m not dealing with a chat bot.

These guys have treated me great. If I have a question or problem it always gets resolved or fixed. I have ordered a few cards now and shipped home and they were exactly what I ordered. Getting ready to sell cards on here so we shall see how that goes

This has happened more than once. Checked the box to use Fancash in the amount in my account and when checking out, Fancash was not applied. This last purchase, I waited "in line" three times for the $300+ order before I was able to check out - the Fancash was not applied. Chat with agent was no help

Its a good site. It would be nice if they had more filter options and sort by options. Also, scrolling on mobile lags. Otherwise its great.

I really like the company, but I had some issues with some promos. They did eventually end up fixing it, but really haven’t had any good rates on the rips I’ve had better luck on other apps
