Fanatics CollectReviews of fanaticscollect.com

The fees are better than other online auctions but it takes awhile for shipping and receiving. I understand there are probably thousands of orders but being shipped and received but that is where the improvement is needed most.

First off you can’t use the reward money on any other app even though it say across fanatics apps, Even if you bet you have to pay shipping even though it goes into your vault not shipped directly to you.

I must revise my prior comments. Fanatics has reached out and I think they are acting honorably to resolve any prior confusion. I commend them for being so responsive. Thank you!

Horrific customer service. If anything goes wrong..good luck. They do not care about their clients or customers.

I've been a long-time customer of Fanatics collect, including way back when they were PWCC on Ebay. I've easily bought and sold items with them worth $1M-$2M or more. However, I suddenly lost the ability to sign on to their platform in July. I sent several messages to Sean and their customer support team with no results. At the very least, I need access to my Fanatics Vault items, which I cannot access without being able to log on. I've been given "ticket numbers" on my problems many, many weeks ago with still no results and no help. In contrast, when I have a problem or question with Goldin or Heritage Auctions, etc, they resolve the issue within hours of that same day, if not sooner. It really seems as though Fanatics has lost their way with their customers. Michael M.

Fanatics Collect is revolutionizing collecting. It takes all parts of collecting and puts them in one app. I’ve purchased singles, break spots, and sealed boxes through their app, and the digital packs have a high level of transparency that I greatly appreciate. The card valuing and vaulting make selling and storing easy.

Been using Fanatics for a couple of years now. From selling to buying to storing in the vault, it has been absolutely perfect. Very easy to use the site and always has what I'm looking for! Customer assistance is always ready to answer any questions with ease. GREAT company!

So far, my experience has been pretty good. I really can't complain. I've already hit some top tier cards. And I've sold 2 of those top tier cards with no problem. The only thing that I would say, you all could do slightly better, is give us more options on how we view our cards. We've set into an auction and to allow buyers and sellers to follow each other so that when we get a card and they know, hey, this guy sells these cards at a pretty good price way lower than the other guys. They can easily find us and we can make deals. After all, it is a marketplace and who wouldn't want to find the best seller on the marketplace, and vice versa. I want to find the best buyer
