It's been a great experience of collecting cards, and have had fun with the family with some of the items w've received from different breakers--it's like being able to have access to the people from a number of Card Shops all in one place!

Extremely disappointed with Fanatics Collect. High-value cards arrived with stickers directly on the back of the card cases, leaving sticky residue. When you’re handling items worth thousands, that’s just unacceptable. Basic care and proper handling were completely ignored.

Easy way to buy and sell without having to worry about getting scammed by people online. Would recommend everyone to try it they even offer alot of rewards just sign up!

Tried to contact customer service multiple multiple times with no resolution. I guess these decided to just ignore my concern since they didn’t know how to handle.

My experience is hit or miss. Sometimes my purchases are shipped and delivered quickly, while other orders sit with no updates and zero communication. If a shipment is in a queue of some sort, I'd like to know where my order stands so I'm not left wondering. Is my order acknowledged, is it lost? Its like a black hole. I shouldn't have to reach out to support. My interactions with support have been pleasant in nature but nothing seems to actually get done. They say the right things but the results lack.

I vault, buy, from both the buy now and the weekly auction, and sell, also on both platforms, and FC makes all of it so much easier, and fun! And any time I need help with anything I always get a quick response that answers my question or resolves whatever issue I have have been having. It is pretty awesome!

While every website has things that should be modified, my overall experience has been excellent
