App for auctions is VERY glitchy. Often freezes while scrolling through cards. Will suddenly reload a page for no reason and reshuffle the cards so I can never get through a long grouping of listings that I have searched for (ie — “baseball” “autos”). Can be a lag with bids so I don’t know if I am the high bidder until after I have closed out a listing.

I love this part of fanatics. Its a great way for sports fans and collectors to learn the in and outs ab sports cards. Players cards. There is one thing that does bother me that I wish they would work on is that when you sell a card On buy now. And you opt for fancash it can take days to get the fancash in the account. So ya thats frustrating. Also i still after 2 nibths havent recieved niether shipment. One was my pack i got for free and the other was a football card.

Since there is nothing really to experience because I ordered my item on September 28 and it has even yet to ship. I wish I could put no stars. After I receive my item, I will no longer make any purchases and I will delete the stupid application for this business.

I hate shipping cost you can't ship bulk out your vault you are 7.99 per to ship that's robbery

One card was shipped in a padded envelope in a sleeve with only one protective barrier(ding defender) on one side instead of sandwiching the card with 2 plastic barriers. Card and Barrier were then placed in a styrofoam envelope within the outer envelope. Card was not affixed to the barrier so was free to float around. Luckily, no damage to the card. There was a couple of posts on reddit with many comments of people experiencing the same thing. I have two more cards (one about $2500) that I have asked to physically pick up at the Vault to avoid shipping and damage…the down side of this is that the Fanatics is still charging me insurance costs as if they were shipping. I think this is a bad policy that will cost Fanatics consumers…I will not be ordering from Fanatics unless they protect the cards better and change their insurance for pick up policy. Painfully slow shipping

Always a Top Shelf Organization! Five Out of Five Every Time!

Had two incidents where the wrong cards were provided on instant rips. Bought a signature pack and received a non-autographed card. Customer service tried to tell me autographs weren’t guaranteed and provided a credit that was 1/3 of the cost. Six days ago I purchased a baseball pack on instant rips and received a Pokemon card. Raised the issue to customer service and the issue is still not resolved. Additionally, shipping of instant rip cards is slow. Sometimes taking weeks.
