My initial advisor Jessica Fletcher was really helpful with efficient communication and great people skills. Amazing! How she explained the process and if I had a question I could contact her via email with very quick response times. I could even call and she would really talk and answer my questions and she would even ask me questions. She kept me informed. She even checked on me sometimes. My onboarding specialist Brittanii Manston was really nice too. She introduced herself and reiterated that she was here to help. She explained where I was at in the process and kept walking me through it. She actually fixed a few errors I had made on my questionnaire. I think, I had just asked Jessica about a few mistakes I thought I had made and right then Brittani was already emailing me, letting me know she had already corrected my mistakes.
