Maria Boyance has been very helpful and my SAM.gov registration, including the update of my DUNS number to the new government system, has gone much faster than expected: Just a few days since I got my DUNS number, gave it to her and she used it to begin my registration. Maria has answered promptly and fully everyone of my emails with questions I have sent to her. So, overall and at this point, I am quite satisfied with the service I have received from FAMR. I now hope that the annual renewal of my registration for the next four years, that I have already booked with FAMR, are as easy for me and, perhaps, as quick.
