They explained everything and navigated the various systems to help me set up my SAM registration, SDVOSB certification and my capability statement. I look forward to working with you guys again in the future.

Somehow our companies CAGE & DUNS numbers were shown as inactive on the SAM website. I spent hours trying to address the issue to no avail. I engaged FAMR to correct the issue. The issue took about 2 months to clear up, but the FAMR representative kept me abreast of all the actions and included screen shots of the governments responses. Seeing firsthand all that was required to correct the issue, I know I did not stand a chance of correcting it myself, I am very, very happy I choose to employ FAMR with handling this problem of mine.

I asked Marcos Camarillo hey how do I find contracting opportunities with specific government agencies for my NAICS code. He came to our phone meeting ready to Google Meet so he could walk me through step by step how to navigate the FAMR portal. Marcos came with the portal he screen-shared with me open to my NAICS code. And didn't I see exactly what I had reached out to FAMR to obtain!! There was an exact proposal that my company would be well placed to take on for the federal government!!! By the way, I can say that the FAMR portal went from tsunami wave proportions, in terms of overwhelming clients, to placid waters of the Pacific Ocean. The new FAMR portal is super easy to use, has everything at a click's reach, and yet does not lead you through a never ending maze. You don't get lost in the weeds looking for an opportunity to followup on! I told Marcos I felt empowered to proceed in growing my business with a federal government contract.
