While I remain in the process of completing the Woman's Owned Small Business paperwork, I am very satisfied and impressed with the marketing work provided by Ivy Oberholtzer. She is the consummate professional. She knows her functional area which enables her to provide superior customer service . There is no question asked that she is unable to answer with thoroughness and clarity for complete understanding. She is extremely pleasant and refreshing with a great sense of humor. Ivy is certainly not the reason I give a rating of 4. I would rate Ivy a 10 on a 5 point scale. I rate a 4 pending completion of hte WOSB paperwork. I've enjoyed working with the entire staff. The person that I had contact did great. My only complaint is that the process is long and somewhat complicated.

Everyone was very helpful, but I really needed help through the next part of the process of applying for contracts through the government. Any way anyone can help? I've requested this through email but only got a link, which wasn't that helpful.

Everything went pretty well with my account. Ivy was very personable and helpful.

FAMR people are knowledgeable and friendly. It is an easy process to get started. Working with the process to fine-tune and maximize results is a bit more difficult as all communication must be scheduled and is not spontaneous.
